Iphone 6s plus IOS 10.0.2 acting weird

Basically my phone keeps restarting constantly when using apps, I'm not receiving some text messages or phone calls come in late (I get sent a missed phone call notification), and one concern I have is when I tried rebooting my phone, It went to a red and green screen (as if it was broken) and then it restarted. My phone's vibration is also messed up and im wondering if there's a way I can fix it or is this something to do with the new update?
